Electronics & Communication Engineering: Antenna & RF Design, Signal Processing, Low Power Design, Sensor Design & Fabrication, VLSI, Wireless and Mobile Networks, Fiber Optics, Photonics, Embedded Systems, Instrumentation, Bio-Sensors etc.

1. For Ph. D. admission in Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering Candidates must have B.Tech./M.Tech./Equivalent Degree.
2. For Ph. D. admission in Management, candidates must have MBA/PGDBM. IT background is desirable.
3. For Ph. D. admission in Bioinformatics and Applied Sciences, candidate must have M.Tech. or M. Sc. (IT/CS/Bio-Tech./Bioinformatics/LifeSciences/Statistics/Mathematics/Physics).
4. Preferences may be given to the candidates processing GATE Score/CSIR/JRF/ICAR/DST/INSPIRE Fellowship/Publications with good Impact Factor/R&D/Software Development experience in their areas of interest or those from Institutes of National and International Repute.

An eligible candidate can apply by filling the online application form available at the Institute’s website. The Ph. D. Cell will then evaluate the candidate’s eligibility and credentials two times in a year normally in the months of May and November.
